Taking responsibility

It is important to take responsibility for our actions, whether they have been good or bad.

By holding your hands up & taking responsibility when you have made a mistake rather than trying to shift the blame onto someone else, people will have a lot more respect for you & will be able to develop a trusting relationship with you because they know that you are an honest person in all circumstances.

Hold your hands up

Some people can also find it difficult to take responsibility when they’ve done something good, this could be because they don’t want the attention or to be in the spot light, but by shying away you’re not letting people know who to truly thanks & someone else could swoop in & claim it was all down to them, giving them false credit. Just because you take responsibility for it doesn’t mean you can’t be modest, you don’t have to shout it from the roof tops, but if someone asks then just say it was down to you rather than running away.
