Priorities

Priorities change as people change.

People evolve everyday, meaning that what they see as a priority evolves too, it doesn’t mean that something that was a priority to start with is no longer important to you, it just means that it has moved down the ranks slightly because it’s not benefiting you in the same way it was before & there is something new in your life that benefits you in the way you need so that has now become priority.

Some people can get offended if they were your priority & then that changes, but people’s priorities will always change whether there is friends involved or not, it doesn’t mean that they are no longer your friend, but not all relationships are meant to last forever, everyone comes into our lives for a reason, they either have a part to play in our lives or we have a part to play in theirs, but once those parts are complete the universe has it’s own way of sizzling them or you out.Β

Priorities straight

Everyone knows that your priorities & your friends change as you get older, get into a serious relationship or start a family. Friends & fun become less important.

Your priorities can even change on a daily basis, for example; I made it priority to create a new blog post everyday, but over the last few days I have had to change my priorities because other things needed to be done & with two children under the age of 18 months there isn’t a lot of time to fit other things around my mum duties, so my priorities changed from my blog to getting things done around the house whilst my partner was home from work to help, but that doesn’t mean my blog was less important & isn’t top priority again, but because I missed a few days I am making sure that I make up for the missed posts & do 3 in one day!

Moral of the story; people change & evolve, priorities change also, but it doesn’t mean they can’t change back if the circumstances change.
